Title: The Design of a Dynamic Combinatorial Data Market
Abstract: In this talk I am going to propose a market design of a data market for a setting in which buyers and sellers arrive to the market over time. In this setting, we are aiming at maximizing the total expected discounted surplus of buyers while satisfying budget balancedness, incentive compatibility and individual rationality of buyers and sellers. A special challenge in this domain is to guarantee incentive compatibility not only with respect to the realized values of buyers and costs of sellers but also with respect to their arrival times. I am going to present the formal model, the theoretical guarantees and the first simulation results.
