Persuasive Home Security Advice

Introduction

In this project, we work together with the crime prevention department of the police of Zurich and develop an IT-artifact supporting their mobile advisory services. In this services, adivsors from the police visit clients (i.e. citizen) at their private home or their business stores; together they assess the current state of the building regarding crime prevention measures; and develop a comprehensive security plan addressing the identified shortcomings.

The project started in the context of the Data Purse project.
