The paper presents the development of a system to share voice content among low-income, low-literacy people in Urban India and insights from studies both on feature phone and smart phone versions of this system. This work was done in collaboration with IBM Research India as part of Christian's internship in New Delhi at the Spoken Web group. It will be presented at the INTERACT 2013 conference in Cape Town, South Africa, in early September.
