Jenny Schmid

I am a bachelor student of information systems since 2013 and I’m writing my bachelor thesis at the People And Computing Lab, with Helen Ai He. The topic of my thesis is intercultural communication and the main focus lies on email communication. My thesis contains the implementation of an email plug-in that helps users to train intercultural skills and competences, and a study that evaluates the value of the developed tool. I will be working on my thesis from September 2016 till February 2017.
