Dr. Mehmet Kilic

I'm a full time PhD student in the information management research group. My main research focus is on financial advisory services, in particular on how to design the service encounter with IT to elicit the needs of the client. With a design science research approach I build and evaluate innovative IT-artifacts to reach this goal.
