Registration and Hotel Reservation

All participants have to register for the symposium. Payment consists of a registration fee (to cover all operational costs and *full board*) and your accomodation in the hotel. CSF offers single rooms, double rooms (to share or as single use), and student housing in nearby villas with large capacity rooms.

1. Online Registration will be opened on January 10, 2013.
2. Registration fee: CHF 450
3. Hotel reservation (room rates per night):
   single room CHF 140, double room CHF 210, student housing CHF 80 per person (limited availability). Student housing is in two nearby villas with 4-6 people per villa to share.
4. For the advance payment CSF (and Hotel Monte Verita) accepts all major credit cards.
5. Please note the cancellation policy as stated below.
6. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the congress. Registration fees do not include insurance.

The cancellation policy for registration and lodging is as follows:

• until 15 days before the conference: 70% of the amount is refunded;
• 15 days to 48 hours: 30% of the amount is refunded;
• 48 hours and later: 10% of the amount is refunded;
• no show without cancellation notice: no refund.
